1. What is SingDating.com?

SingDating.com is the online dating division of RQ Network which is run by a group of Love Doctors in Singapore. We are passionate about promoting romance in our country and throughout the world, and we believe in creating opportunities and avenues for singles to meet and interact.

2. What is the cost of membership?

SingDating.com is absolutely FREE. There are no restrictions on membership. We welcome members from all walks of life and ethnic groups from Singapore and other countries worldwide. However, you need to be at least 16 years of age in order to register with us.

3. Why should I join SingDating.com?

With today's hectic lifestyle, people generally have very little time to socialize. Instead of doing the difficult work of matching and meeting, why not let SingDating.com find a suitable partner for you? We bridge the gap between dreams and reality by allowing you to find your dream girl/guy whom you might otherwise not be able to know. At SingDating.com, we are committed to your dating success.

4. I am already happily attached. Can I still join?

Absolutely. Our members join SingDating.com for various reasons. Some do so to find their dream date. Others simply want to expand their social circle, make more friends, and explore new networking opportunities for their profession or hobbies.

5. I am not residing in Singapore. Can I and should I still join?

Certainly. Although we anticipate many Singaporeans will join our network for the simple reason that we are running various marketing campaigns here in Singapore, we also warmly welcome our international friends to join us. After all, today's world is no longer limited by physical boundaries and it's often useful to have contacts from other regions to maximise one's networking opportunities.

6. How do I become a member?

Go to our main page at www.SingDating.com, click on login. You will then be directed to a simple registration form. Take a moment to complete the form and you will be done. Membership is absolutely FREE! Once your account is activated, you will be able to instantly use our extensive array of communication tools to get in touch with other members.

MY ACCOUNT

1. Can I register more than one account?

It is possible if you sign up again using a different username and email address which must be unique. However, there is no advantage of registering more than one account, so we do not see why anyone should be doing that.

2. I have signed up as a member. How do I login?

Go to www.SingDating.com. You will find a login box at the upper right corner of the site. Enter your nickname and password, click on the login button and you will enter our members' area.

3. What should I do after my account is activated?

This is very important. You should login to the members' area, click on "My Profile", and proceed to complete the other fields in your public profile. The more accurate your profile is, the higher the chance of you being searched by another member, or someone expressing an interest to know you. After that, you may want to upload your photos by clicking on "Upload Photos". We even offer you the option of uploading your voice files and videos! After that you can proceed to explore the other exciting features of the site, or start chatting with other members.

4. How do I change my email address?

Simply login to your account, and amend the email address that is in your personal profile. Alternatively, you may wish to email us using the original email account you registered, with the following:

- Write "email change request" as the subject of the message.
- Include your login I.D., your old email address currently associated with the account, and your new email address.

Send this email to info@singdating.com.

5. How do I change my password?

Login to your account at www.SingDating.com. You may then amend your password from the control panel in the members' area.

6. I forgot my username and password. What should I do?

If you have difficulty logging in the first time, please try to login again from the SingDating.com login page. If you still encounter difficulties, please send us an email with the email account which you registered with. We will get back to you shortly regarding your username and password.

7. How do I delete my account?

For account deletion, please email us at info@singdating.com with the subject of message "Account Deletion" Please include the following in the body of your message:

- your login I.D.
- the email address currently associated with the account.

We will delete your account within 1 week and notify you of the deletion.

MY PROFILE

1. How do I create my profile?

Join us to become a FREE member by filling up all the relevant fields on the online registration form. If you’re already a member, you can also update your profile by logging in to your account anytime. You can also further enhance your profile by uploading photos, audio and video.

2. Is there any age restriction for membership?

You must be at least to be 16 years of age in order to qualify for membership. You should give us truthful information regarding your age, failing which, will result in account termination.

COMMUNICATION

1. How do I contact other members?

Login to your account and inside the members' area, you can contact other members in various ways, for example via open online chat with other members who are online, private chat via instant messenger, email, virtual kisses and more.

2. How do I improve my chances of finding that someone special?

In order to improve your chances of finding your soulmate or dream partner, we advise you to create a real profile that is representative of your true self, as well as provide some basic criteria of your desired partner.

A picture speaks a thousand words. Once you have registered as a member, upload a genuine and well taken photo of yourself. You may also upload voice and video to let other members know you even better.

3. How do I know if someone is interested to know me?

You will know that someone is interested in you if he/she drops you an email, sends you virtual kisses, or offers to chat with you.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY

1. Will I be spammed?

At SingDating.com, we have zero tolerance for spamming. For details of our privacy policy, please refer to our Privacy Policy section.

2. Will other people find out my real name, email address, phone number and other contact information?

SingDating.com practises "anonymous dating" where you can engage in online dating safe in the knowledge that your private contact information will always be kept confidential. Other members may contact you via internal mail (on the site itself), instant messenger, online chat, virtual kisses, responding to your blog, or writing your guestbook, but will NOT be able to find out your real name and personal contact information unless you choose to reveal it to the other party in the course of your communication. SERVICES AND SUPPORT

1. How do you safeguard against abuse of your services?

Should you receive any abusive emails or have your profile posted up without your permission, please contact us at info@singdating.com, indicating:

- Your profile
- The other party's profile (if applicable)
- An email containing the abusive message.

We do not tolerate such behaviour and will take appropriate action against the offender.
